I’m French bakery customer for 10 good years and they never disappointed me with customized orders! I ordered Gender reveal cup cakes with a the design I wanted and they made the exact same thing! I thought it would be hard to make it exactly like the picture but they surprised me with how precise they were with the design. I would have liked the cupcakes texture to be more moist tho. But still giving them 5 star for all the good service they provided us.

Been ordering cakes for occasions from here for years and always been satisfied. They have new and interesting flavours as well as the classics. Their sandwiches and pastries are great too.

We expected so much more from this place. We had breakfast and the food was ok. The omelets was dry and didn’t have any seasoning not even a pinch of salt.You expect to fine French toast in a “French” bakery but they don’t. What a bummer. The only good thing was the fresh orange juice and the ambience. Although the service was not too bad but the cleanliness of the place was zero. The tables had left over croissants and all over the floor were they had their best seating area. The cafe is empty I would at least expect it to be clean!

French Bakery is not new to the people of UAE. This bakery has been consistently serving us with best quality products and items for too long now. This Friday we decided to go and try their new All day breakfast menu and we were actually blown away by the expereince. The food was so delicious and at the same time healthy we just couldnt control our self to write about it. Such a wonderful place for all the family. Amazing bakery and cakes and nice selection of lunch plates and awesome sandwiches. What exceptional about Al Satwa branch is the kids baking lessons where they can enjoy learning about dough and baking and learning by trying things out themselves. Amazing staff and super friendly environment. Highly recommended for all family with kids to try it out

Decent food options however the place is not up to standard, the toilets are a disaster, the A/C is weak and the WiFi doesnt work most of the time - better options can be found elsewhere

Tried a couple of their sandwiches and found them pretty good. Philly steak is really good. Coffee is also on par. My favorite is, however, the cake section. Their triple chocolate is amazing. Must try. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance is great.

The shop exists for many years and they have their regular customers . The space is not small and they have nice balcony . They have a good selection of pastry , cakes and sandwiches. I tried hot chocolate , mont blanc cake and different types of cakes and they were all good . I recommended for the sweet lovers .

I love french bakery specially the cakes! Its like none other than any other cakes that i ever had. And I would like to express my appreciation to one of the staff named Princess that gave me a good service when i was ordering from the store. She was friendly and helpful to me. Id love to come again!

I would love to give this place 5-stars, but I haven’t visited the venue. I ordered food from the French Bakery through the NOWNOW app and was thoroughly impressed.The food was just incredible, my favourite items were the Salted French Toast and the Chicken and Cheese Quiche.I would definitely recommend ordering from here!

As I pass by this morning in French Bakery, I was amazed by the shop for having so many option of cakes and pastry. The staff named Lady was friendly and approachable, she even suggest what pastry should I try for. I didnt leave the shop empty handed. Freshly baked croissants was really good and definitely will tell my family and friends to visit French Bakery.

My husband, two friends and I came to dinner at French bakery on Friday . What a find! Cosy and friendly, good atmosphere and super food (especially apple crumble) which has gone to the top of my list!! Overrated. The cake Alcazar for example was made of 90%cream rather than cake. To quote Pheobe from friends I CANT SEE ITThe mille-feuille was hard and full of cream rather than custard. Thats not very french.Free parking right next to it though and the coffee was good.

We ordered a custom made cake and it looked absolutely amazing, based on space theme, I could not fault it........ But the cake inside, red velvet, tasted stale and was dry, I felt embarrassed to serve to guests and people commented. For 600dhs it was a real disappointment. Ive always loved French Bakery and I think their cakes and food is really good. I dont know what happened here to be honest.

Ordered through talabat beside reveiving my food late , after the first bite there was about 6inches hair stuck in my mouth from the food i called and asked to speak to their manager to give feedback who i was told not on duty , i insisted he/she calls the following day as I usually dont like to give a bad review, until now Ive not received a call so they either dont care about their customer satisfaction or the manager has not been informed about what happened, either way it is very bad. Finding a hair in food from a reputable bakery makes me wonder what else i could find.

Joke company!A never ending circus. Customer services is a fantasy!Order delayed for 3/5 hours, the event were missed.I got into the calls from 12:45pm till 14:00pm.Useless foolish services.No items, no money back, either the solution.One item were missing, the other were replaced without consent. Ludicrous!The main manager in charge responsible for the branch stated ; all I can do, is to apologise. Jokers! APPALLING!

French Bakery when I heard this name i was thinking of some French breads or cheese related .WellYeah ...2 days ago I went there with my wife and I had a phily steak sandwhich and taboula salad with coffee as my wife priority of healthy food specially salads taboula was amazingly delicious and fresh sandwiches were good too.The staff is friendly speciallythe server name clemencia she was energetic and smiling and having good knowledge about her business.When I was paying in the counter rose ask me for take away so I choose some cookies and i took the granpa cookies with mixed nuts nice recommendation . I really need to say thank you Rose for helping me to get the best cookies 🍪 it made my evening tea . Heaven treat 😋😋😋😋😋

The breakfast wasnt as expected , waited fairly long for the food and it came in all at once.

At the register they asked for more money than the food cost (if i didnt notice i would pay 6 more AED for no reason) It happened to me and my mom twice in different branches. dont order sandwiches (soggy, too much bread, the bread is sweet) or soups (flour mixed with water and a little bit of mushroom) not worth it’s money!

Nice chain styled on a typical artisanal european bakery.You are literally drowned in so many options for your sweet moments, that you have to come back and have a second and successive trials.Cakes are top, but pastry are really first class too and served with very nice decorations.Coffee is also a must: just ask for espresso and youll understand. 9

Their waffles are amazing. This is one of the cleanest and classiest bakery in Dubai. Their outdoor seating offers great views of the burj and the city walk and their cakes r perfect for every celebration.

I try to order a lot of items on the menu, but they said they dont have it, both food and drink.For someone who lived in Paris before as me, I would say they dont have anything French at all, and I dont do bias review so believe me when I give 1star to any place they really deserves it. Just had a French Bakery club sandwich, it turned out to come in 3 pieces so the ingredients were actually divided into 3 separate sandwiches, no taste whatsoever.I thought that will get better with the Pecan cake, but that did not happen.The fresh orange juice is great though, I hope these guys put more supervision into their operation

Another early brand made in the country that is franchising from the original branch. Value wise I dont think you can get more value for your 💸💰 money than here. You can get a hearty 🍳 breakfast or lunch thats really satisfies for a small amount of money.

Unfortunately Im disliking it due to the staff Laurenth that has no clue wat customer service is.. I loved the food and the croissant and le pain au chocolat was amazing.. However my whole experience was horrible and I was annoyed every time the staff came as she was just waiting for us to request something so she can say no in a split of a second without even thinking through our request. She made my husband literally everytime tell her to ask her manager and everytime her manager agreed with us.. its ridiculous how some staff just want to be rude for a simple side dish exchange of even lower value .. so th purpose is just to say no .. for someone who cant possibly eat bacon and wants to change it with anything else.. she created her own rules till her own manager said its normal.. the worst customer service branch.Id like to take this opportunity to immensely thank and credit the healthcare city french bakery branch.. THAT BRANCH JUST PUTS A SMILE ON MY FACE but safa branch just screwed my morning.

When I first came to Dubai and found the French bakery I was so relieved that I will find my corner for French pastries and sweet. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment, nothing is related to a regular French bakery, I have never found the famous French Madelene or Pain au Chocolat, or real Croissant. As for the sweets, also disappointing, cakes are beautifully decorated but they taste like nothing and the sugar frosting is really inedible. I’m sorry for my harsh rating but I really tried to be objective and your brand name and location put me in obligation to compare you to prestigious French bakeries in Paris.

Café is very eye catching with comfortable seating for just having a cup of coffee with someone. They offer a variety of coffees. Serving is excellent. My only complaint is that their prices are little above the average. Definitely a place Ill be returning to.

Although parking is free and coffee was good, but I was surprised that the cakes, crumbles, and mille-feuille werent up to the standards. It did not taste good at all.

French bakery making bread frozen it is not fresh I did order 2 times and 2 times they did deliver me some bread frozen ! It is a shame to offer this kind of service or if you sell some frozen bread you have to let the customer that it is not fresh !

I came for breakfast in the branch next to jumeirah beach hotel next to Aswan supermarket on Tuesday and wanted to order the English breakfast, I dont eat turkey so I asked the waiter to replace the turkey bacon with anything else like vegetables which is cheaper than the turkey and I always do it with the same dish in other big name cafes but they refused and even the supervisor did not seem experienced enough to satisfy my need as a customer and all she can do is to cancel the turkey and charge me more for the vegetables. Honestly, if I was alone I would have immediately left the place with such an inexperienced stuff. We are in a very competitive place where all the restaurants know how to satisfy the customer and welcome them. Such a small mistake that left a bad experience on me. And to be honest the dish size is very small. Good luck in improving.

Breakfast menu is varied and good value, especially the Healthy choice. Should extend the timing to serve breakfast at the weekend especially
